Returns & Warranty Policy

At Qor Tools, we supply professional tooling and consumable products intended for industrial and fabrication applications.

Change of Mind Returns

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.

To be eligible for return, products must:

Be unused and in original condition
Be returned in original packaging
Not show signs of installation, operation or use
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was supplied incorrectly.

Consumable Products

Diamond blades, finger bits, core drills, polishing pads and similar products are consumable items and are subject to wear during normal use.

Once a consumable product has been used, installed, tested, cut material, drilled material, polished material or otherwise entered service, it cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit due to:

Normal wear and consumption
Reduced performance over time
Unsuitable application
Incorrect operating parameters
Incorrect machine setup
Material-specific performance variations

Manufacturing Defects

Products that are believed to have a manufacturing defect must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Qor Tools may request:

Photographs
Usage information
Machine details
Material details
Return of the product for inspection

Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, Qor Tools may, at its discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product
Provide a refund

Warranty Limitations

Tool life and performance can vary significantly depending on:

Material being processed
Machine condition
Feed rates
Spindle speeds
Cooling methods
Operator technique

For this reason, no guarantee is provided regarding expected tool life, cutting speed, productivity or suitability for a specific application unless expressly stated in writing.
