We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other courier services as required.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times are:

* Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days
* Victoria Regional: 2–5 business days
* Interstate Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
* Regional & Remote Areas: Additional transit time may apply

Local Melbourne Delivery

Local delivery may be available within selected Melbourne metropolitan areas.

Delivery schedules vary depending on workload, route planning and availability. Same-day delivery may be available in some circumstances but is not guaranteed.

Customers requiring urgent delivery should contact us prior to ordering.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including New Zealand.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of ordering.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where applicable so that we can assist with a carrier investigation.
